The website www.shop.bonillaalavista.com (hereinafter “the website”) provides online delivery services of processed food throughout the following countries: Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Netherlands, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Cech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Italy.
Bonilla a la vista was created under the umbrella of the company EPAGAL S.L. (hereinafter “the company”), a company with more than 85 years of experience in the production of crisps, churros and chocolate.
General Terms and Conditions
These general conditions regulate the sale of products and services by EPAGAL S.L. through the online shop www.shop.bonillaalavista.com, or any other that may exist in the future.
These conditions regulate the contractual relations that may arise between Bonilla a la vista and the user.
The company reserves the right to modify these conditions without the need to inform the user in advance, so we recommend reading them periodically. Likewise, the company undertakes to update the conditions to adapt them to current legislation when necessary.
In order to attend to any doubt, problem or suggestion that the user may have, we provide the details of the company:

The user who registers or places an order through the website, after accepting the general conditions and privacy policies, shall be considered a customer and these general conditions shall apply to him/her.
As established in the legal notice of the website, the user is obliged to:
- To make legally valid enquiries and orders.
- Not to place false or fraudulent orders and to provide the necessary data truthfully and accurately. The lack of veracity or incomplete delivery of the data provided will be the exclusive responsibility of the user and may mean that the company will not carry out the order.
- To provide complementary data that may be necessary for the fulfilment of the contract.
- To pay for the products and services contracted through the website.
- To be of legal age and have the capacity to contract.
- Not to use the website and its contents for illicit purposes, contrary to good practice, usage or the law, nor to carry out any action that may affect the rights of the company or third parties.
- Not to post comments or opinions on the website, blog or linked social networks that are offensive, unlawful or infringe the rights of the company or third parties.
- Not to provide access or registration codes to anyone and to keep them in a safe place.
All prices shown on the website are in Euros and include VAT but do not include transport costs. When formalising the purchase, all the concepts included in the final sale price will be duly itemized.
We inform you that food products are subject to 10% VAT and shipping costs are also subject to 10% VAT.
The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The prices and promotions will be those fixed on the website at the time of purchase regardless of those that exist at the time of delivery.
If there is an error in the price of any product and the real price is higher than the published price, the customer will be informed of the change before placing the order and he/she may cancel it if he/she so wishes or keep it in the correct conditions. In case of cancellation, the totality of the amounts paid will be refunded. Under no circumstances will the order be processed without your agreement.
If the price marked is notoriously incorrect and any person can see the error, the company is not obliged to supply the product at that price, even if the order has already been completed and the proof of purchase has been sent to the user.
The methods of payment accepted on the website are clearly indicated on the home page and the user may choose any of them. The user may pay:
- By credit or debit card.
- Through the PayPal platform.
Payment by bank gateway is made through our bank (ABANCA). In order to formalise the purchase process, before approving the charge, a confirmation will be requested from the customer according to the means they have enabled (key card, password, SMS, …). The operation will not be carried out until the user authorises his or her bank to make the charge, the provision of this password being assimilated to the signature in a physical shop for all purposes. In any case, the Bonilla a la vista website never stores credit card details, which are entered directly into the bank without going through the company.
At the time of placing the order, the user may choose to receive an invoice with the details provided at that time. This may be requested at the following e-mail address email@example.com indicating the order number for which the invoice is requested as well as its holder.
How to make a purchase
To place an order, the user can choose from the products in the “Shop” section.
Then you only have to finalise the order, select the payment method and enjoy our delicious products within 3 to 10 days on working days.
Once the order has been completed, a receipt will be sent to the customer’s e-mail account with all the purchase details.

All our products are sent by courier. Once received, it is recommended to follow the conservation advice indicated in each product’s file on the website.
Shipping costs will vary according to the amount of the order. They can be consulted in the shopping cart before placing the order.
Once the order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If there is any error or problem at a later date, EPAGAL S.L. should be contacted.
Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns.
If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered product or does not like it, he/she can contact Bonilla by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain his/her case and, if necessary, make a complaint.
Returns of defective products
If there has been an error in the delivery or the product is defective, the customer has a period of 24 hours to contact Bonilla a la Vista through the email email@example.com and indicate the error or defect detected.
The customer must assume the direct cost of returning the products. The return must be made in the same type of transport in which the delivery was made.
In order to return the product, it must be in its original packaging, intact, with accessories, labels, manuals or possible promotional gifts. Once in our possession we will proceed to check its condition and if applicable, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, as well as the amount of the cost of the return as long as this is done by the same means as the previous delivery. This refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the defective product at EPAGAL S.L.’s facilities.
If the error is due to transport or if at the time of delivery of the product by the carrier defects or anomalies are detected in the packaging of the product, this will be stated on the carrier’s delivery note.
Under no circumstances will products that have been unsealed after delivery be returned.
